Shipping and returns

PAYPAL/CREDIT CARDS: With PayPal, your banking information remains secure. Your credit card and bank account information is never shared, and you are completely protected from unauthorized payments made from your account.

Shipping

Shipments are processed within 48 hours of receiving the order. Products will be delivered via express courier to the address indicated by the CUSTOMER when placing the order. Delivery times may vary depending on the courier and delivery destination.

Returns

Want to return your purchased goods? You can do so free of charge. You have 14 days to return the goods and request a refund. Here's how to do it in a few simple steps:

>- Log in to your account and go to Account -> Return Request
- Fill out the form with your details and specify the item you wish to return in the table below the form.

- Once the package arrives, we will process your refund immediately.

Remember: the goods must not have been damaged, must not have been worn if they are clothing, and must not have any identification tags removed. In short, they must be in the same condition in which we sent them, meaning they must be intact and not impaired in value due to any handling.
