Shipping and Returns Shipping

Shipping:

All orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt. The products will be delivered by express courier and shipped to the address indicated by the CUSTOMER at the time of the order. Delivery times may vary depending on the courier and delivery destination.

Returns

Do you want to return the products you have purchased? You can do it, it's completely free. You have 14 days to return the items and request a refund. Here's how to do it in a few simple steps:

• Log into your account and go to Account -> Return Request
• Fill out the form with your details and specify the item to be returned in the table below the form.

• Once the parcel has arrived, we will process your refund immediately.

Remember: the item should not have been damaged because of your manipulation, it should not have been worn if it is a cloth and the identification cards should not have been removed.
