Shipping

Shipping: All orders will be shipped out within 48 hours from receipt. The products will be delivered with Express Carrier and shipped to the address given from the CUSTOMER at the order. The delivery will be within 10 working days but transit time can change accordingly with the Carrier used and final address. 

Returns

Do you want to return the products that you bought? You can do it, it is completely free. You have 14 days to return the items and ask for a refund.
Here's how to do it in just a few simple steps:

  • Log in to your account and go to your ORDER LIST to see your orders on www.molix.com
  • Select the item you want to return / change
  • Go to RETURN ITEMS and write the reason why you want to change or return the product that you purchased
  • Click below on "Send a Return Note"
  • Send the parcel to this address:

  • After the shipment, you will need to send the SHIPPING ID to our e-mail address shop@molix.com
  • Once we will receive the parcel, we will promptly send a refund.

Remember: the item should not have been damaged because of your manipulation, it should not have been worn if it is a cloth and the identification cards should not have been removed. In short, it must be in the same state in which we have sent it to you. For any doubt do not hesitate to contact us: shop@molix.com
